Service Terms

1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as outlined during the booking process. Remaining balances are due by the session date unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

3. Photography Session

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. Please arrive promptly. Kan Photography will strive to create a relaxed atmosphere and capture candid, natural moments.

4. Delivery of Photos

Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the photography session. High-resolution digital files are included; prints and albums may be available upon request.

5. Image Usage

Kan Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients are granted personal use rights and may share images online and print for personal use. Commercial use of images requires written permission.

6. Privacy

Client privacy is respected. Images may be used in Kan Photography’s portfolio or for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

7. Liability

While all reasonable care will be taken, Kan Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., equipment failure, weather, illness).

8. Agreement

By booking a session, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
